About this contract

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is looking to procure a programme of activity to provide upskilling and/or reskilling opportunities to residents of Liverpool City Region that could not be delivered through mainstream learning funding such as the devolved Adult Education Budget, Level 3 Free Courses for Jobs or Skills Bootcamps. We are seeking 2 sectoral areas of delivery: Lot 1: Construction Technical including Greener Low Carbon Construction Skills with CSCS cards and/or other licences to practice with a minimum of 85 starts and completions with all learners to complete vocationally related training, a licence to practice and progress to further learning, progression in or into employment or skills. Lot 2: Green Energy Skills with licences to practice and vocational skills delivery with a minimum of 85 starts and completions with all learners to complete vocationally related training, a licence to practice and progress to further learning, progression in or into employment or skills. CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 APRIL 2024 TO 31 MARCH 2025 with the potential for extension of contracts on an initial term +1+1 basis up to the end of March 2027
