However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. To deliver a UK Emissions Trading Registry. This is an IT project: to design, build, test, implement, maintain and support a UK Emissions Trading Registry solution to be used to administer a UK Emissions Trading System. It is intended that this registry will link to the UNFCCC ITL (International Transaction Log) and, subject to the outcome of negotiations with the EU, be linked to the EU ETS Registry.
