Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC) seeks expressions of interest from suitable contracting organisations for the CAT B Fit out works to the existing ground floor building, at University College Aylesbury Vale (UCAV), to create a new 660m2 Digital Innovation Hub including new MEPH installation Employer: Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC) . Procurement Details: Single Stage Competitive Tender. Form of Contract: JCT 2011 Design and Build contract (with Client Amendments) including novation of the design consultants. Net Construction Budget £450,000. Tender Period: September 2018 (4 weeks). Contract Period: 8 weeks. Completion Mid-January 2019.
