Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) is seeking quotations for the provision of technical services for delivery of five Local Area Energy Pathway (LAEP) Reports for Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees and Redcar and Cleveland, and Summary report for Tees Valley area.
