About this contract

Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cormac Contracting are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide the plant, labour, materials and necessary controls measures required to carry out the block paving works at Trevithick Manor Farm, Newquay. Works to be carried out under JCT Design and build with amendments. Please fill out the cells highlighted yellow within 'Trevithick Manor Farm Block Paving - BQ 1' as part of your submission. Please see the attached document for full details. Anticipated works start date - January 2025. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% Price.
