About this contract

North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers of Translation and Interpretation (spoken) services to understand what is available in the market, including outcomes, to assist with drafting a future tender specification. The purpose of the services is to support and facilitate communication between the authority and clients or customers who require communication support through interpretation or translation. Service overview The Council wishes to procure the following services: • Face-to-Face Interpretation • Telephone and video interpretation • Written translation • Braille transcript
