About this contract

The facilities at West Midlands Combined Authority, 16 Summer Lane operate with multiple contracts in place to provide services such as planned/reactive maintenance, cleaning, waste and other ancillary services. The aim is for these services to be consolidated under one contract, giving 16 Summer Lane a Total Facilities Management solution, resulting in a more efficient service benefiting both staff, tenants and visitors.
