Construction of additional overspill pod pav car parking and cycle parking shelters (x 2) for 18 bicycles in re: Colchester Borough Council Planning Application 221356 Area is to be pod-paved (eg., podpave 85). Maximum area 510m2, with concrete bollard perimeter (1.5m apart). Cycle parking to be laid out within the site in accordance with the requirements of the Parking Standards SPD.
