About this contract

Thurrock Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wishes to secure Providers for the provision of the following Any Qualified Provider(AQP) services: 1. 24 Hour BP Monitoring, 2. Community Ultrasound, 3. Gonadorelin Analogue, 4. Secondary Care Wound Management, and 5. Vasectomy Services 6. Phlebotomy Please note that the Community Ultrasound Services will be procured for both Thurrock and Basildon & Brentwood CCG. This is a repeat window of opportunity that allows additional service providers to join the existing Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list. The providers who are already on the existing AQP list do not need to re-apply. As a Qualified Provider there are no guaranteed levels of activity and payment is made based on actual provision of the services. Additional information: Thurrock CCG are procuring the following services: 24 Hour BP Monitoring Services; Community Ultrasound Services; Gonadorelin Services; Secondary Wound Care Management Services; Vasectomy Services; and Phlebotomy Services Community Ultrasound services will be procured by both Thurrock and Basildon & Brentwood CCG.
