About this contract

The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT) which currently consists of 44 academies across the South East of England invites you to bid for the provision of a Third Party Intermediary (TPI) Energy Management Service. The Energy Management Service is required from the 1 June 2019 to run a Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015 compliant procurement for TKAT's energy requirements from the 1 October 2019 and provide a full bureau management service to support the new energy contracts. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for an additional period of 12 months based on acceptable performance of the appointed service provider and at the sole discretion of the Trust.
