About this contract

Copeland Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Main Contractor to carry out the refurbishment and alteration works to Distington Hall Crematorium, Distington, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 4QY. The appointment would also be for the role of Principal Contractor under the CDM (2015) Regulations. The works are to adhere to the architectural, mechanical and electrical and structural engineer's drawings provided, together with the requirements identified in the Preliminaries section of the tender documentation.
