About this contract

Supported accommodation Support Service for 18 – 25-year-olds, residing in the supported accommodation, that have experienced care or have a multiplicity of needs who are at risk, or are at risk of homelessness and rough sleeping, to be delivered in purpose-built accommodation. Supporting Service Users to, a) sustain their living situation, b) develop and attain their independent living skills, c) engage in learning, education, training, employment, and meaningful activity as individually appropriate to their living arrangements and, d) to achieve a move to independent living, within 2 years. This service is to be delivered from the Supported Housing service at Troutbeck Avenue and Longshaw Street, Warrington.
