About this contract

Student accommodation consisting of circa 550 bedrooms on the Loughborough University campus. This is a Two Stage Design and Build Procurement Route using the Procurement procedure of Competitive Dialogue under the Procurement Contracts Regulations 2015. The preferred bidder is expected to be appointed no later than January 2026, with project mobilisation to follow immediately thereafter.
