About this contract
Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust, working in collaboration with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust ("the Trusts") are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement through the Competitive Dialogue Process with the intent to award the Framework Agreement to a single provider for ICT Services for use by UK public sector bodies which include NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The Trusts have a need for an ICT Services Framework Agreement which can deliver a range of services through a single provider as outlined below: - ICT Services Design and Management - Transition and Migration Services - Network Infrastructure Services - Application and Data Management - End User Compute Services - Customer Support In addition to the creation of the framework Agreement the Trusts will seek to undertake individual call off contracts using the same process. The framework is intended to be available for a number of public sector entities across England. Through this procurement process the Trusts will seek to establish a Single Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of ICT Services identifying an ICT Services Provider able to provide the following*: a. An ability to deliver a core ICT service along the following Service Lines as indicated below: - ICT Services Design and Management - Network Infrastructure Services - Transition and Migration Services - Application and Data management - End User Compute Services - Customer Support & Service Management Plus b. The capability to support - Trust project management and project delivery - Trust technical strategy planning - Innovation and flexibility in the delivery of the Services *List of services is not finalised or exclusive and is subject to refinement through the course of the procurement process. Additional information: It is intended that in parallel whilst establishing this framework, the two partner trusts are likely to call off from this framework as soon as it is live. The intended values for Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is likely to be in the region of £12.5m over the duration of the term, including any extensions and for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is likely to be in the region of £12.5m over the duration of the term, including any extensions. In respect of the OJEU value as stated in this notice, this is based on the full life expectancy of the framework in the event a number of other public sector organisations intend to use this framework, and is not a guarantee of business.
