About this contract

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) is inviting tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors to deliver an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for all employees working for the Authority. The primary purpose of EAP is to support our employees in their physical and mental health and provide support and practical advice on issues that might be impacting their wellbeing and performance. A service contract will be awarded to a single provider. The contract will be established for an initial duration of 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the RBKC's discretion. The delivery of the contract is anticipated to begin on 1 April 2024.
