About this contract

NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the Provision of an Interim Evaluation Leading to a Summative Assessment for the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded Health Innovation Exchange (HIE) project. In brief, the requirement is two-fold: 1. To conduct an Interim Evaluation to inform and shape the delivery of the latter stages of the HIE project, and ensure the monitoring and data capture enables a robust Summative Assessment at the end of the project. 2. To produce a Summative Assessment which includes insights into project performance, reliable evidence of efficiency, effectiveness and value for money, plus lessons for the future. This must adhere to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's Summative Assessment guidance for ERDF projects. Further and full information on the Service can be located on EU-Supply. The Affordability Threshold is £100,000 and it is anticipated that the contract will be for 18 months.
