About this contract

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) is inviting tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors for the procurement of an Assertive Street Population Service for rough sleepers. The contract will be established for a duration of 7 years with a built-in break clause. The delivery of the contract is anticipated to begin on 01/04/2024. The objectives of this contract are to deliver a range of different services related to supporting rough sleepers across the borough. This includes the night outreach support provision, developing pathways to prevent rough sleeping and addressing complex needs within this cohort of persons. Complex needs often involve drugs, alcohol and/or anti-social, these can be displayed as a singular or as a combination of issues.
