About this contract

WMP have a requirement for a Workforce Management Solution and are seeking a partner to deliver and implement Calabrio (a Workforce Management Tool). The contract is expected to commence early 2024 with the exact dates to be agreed depending on the agreement between the successful Tenderer and The Customer. The contract will be for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further two (2) periods of 12 months, based on business need and acceptable performance.
