The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) recently concluded the first funding round for HNIP as a pilot. This PIN concerns the potential procurement of the delivery of the main scheme. BEIS is seeking to appoint supplier(s) to deliver the HNIP main scheme, which includes administration of the scheme and potentially the option of raising of third party finance from other investors.
