About this contract

East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) wish to procure a quality improvement (QI) project management and analysis software system to enhance the spread and adoption of improvement within ELFT, as well nationally and globally. The system will be built around the Model for Improvement and encompass proven tools specifically tailored to running QI projects. The tools will be embedded into the system and be seamlessly integrated to allow projects to be robustly structured and delivered, e.g. linking the measurement strategy through to the logic model.
