About this contract

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, the Council is seeking highly experienced provider(s) to provide the Council with a wide range of Aids for Daily Living to aid client's independence in their own homes, which consist of healthcare aids, disability aids, and mobility aids. The client base will include patients following hospital discharge, disability, illness, elderly and the infirm. There will be a variety of products which include equipment to be used in Bathing (to include electrical and non-electrical items), Bedroom, Rails, Kitchen and Toileting. The provider(s) that the Council seek will be able to provide high quality products whilst maintaining a high quality, reliable service. The successful provider(s) will be invited to provide equipment in bulk and pack sizes to our a central warehouse at Bradford & Airedale Community Equipment Service (BACES), Station Road, Low Moor, Bradford BD12 0LU, with training and on-going support to Health and Adult and Community Services and/or carers.
