About this contract

This contract is for the provision of home dispensing and delivery of different therapeutic groups of medicines including Infectious diseases, CF medicines and Oral Chemotherapy for patients within the Yorkshire and Humber Consortium area. Additional information: Amendment to the response boxes in Document 5 R5f_1.1 , R5G_7.1 , R5G_8.3 and R5G_8.7 where original document had an auto response in error. Also in Document 5 the Contract duration on Introduction tab has been amended to read 18 months plus an option to extend for 2 years.
