About this contract

A contractor is required to install Hanging Baskets on lamp columns in 10 areas in the London Borough of Harrow. The areas include a mixture of District Centres and Local Centres. The contractor is required to supply and maintain the hanging baskets, including all the relevant kit and planting for 4-years from April 2023 onwards.
