About this contract

Herefordshire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to complete the roofing upgrade works described in the scope of works document at St Martin's Primary School, Hollybush Walk, Hereford, HR2 6AF. The works comprise of the roofing upgrades. The school is currently experiencing water ingress beneath one roof, whilst on another roof it is evident the existing system is failing. This project consists of works which provides upgrades to eliminate the risks and failures currently present.
