The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services in respect of mechanical and electrical maintenance and reactive repairs across the whole of its estate. The properties include The Symington Building which is the Council Headquarters, the Harborough Innovation Centre, Harborough Market Hall and a number of smaller buildings and external facilities.
