About this contract

To comply with the recent legislation around deposit protection as well as to foster a more transparent and streamlined process for tenants whilst also providing reassurance to landlords that their tenant will actually pay them a deposit during the 12 month life of the bond, the Council wishes to appoint a provider of a Government backed housing tenancy deposit scheme.
