About this contract

Teign Housing manage 3,600 homes across South Devon, from Dartmoor National Park to the urban centres of Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Dawlish. For this opportunity for Repairs and Maintenance Works (utilising a wholly owned subsidary) Teign Housing are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract to deliver a programme of repairs and maintenance and associated works under a TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract with a single contractor to deliver a programme of Responsive Repairs,Void Works, Planned Works, Disabled Adaptations, Cyclical Works , Three star breakdown , Gas Safety and Servicing and Compliance services. The labour for the programme delivery will be supplied by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teign Housing. The successful contractor will enter into a second TPC2005 contract with Teign Housing and the Subsidiary under which Teign Housing and the Subsidiary agree to supply labour for the programme and the contractor agrees to manage the Subsidiary's labour force. The contract will be a TPC2005 for an initial term of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years.
