Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) have been invited to take part in the feasibility stage of the Department for Transport's (DfT) Active Travel Social Prescribing Pilot and are seeking assistance with a feasibility study into the further development of the GP Social prescription pathway across Tees Valley, covering the five local authority areas (Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council).
