About this contract

Technical advisory services to lead an options appraisal review and refresh, and to update the economic case within the existing Outline Business Case. This will also include leading on stakeholder engagement on the shortlist of options. Subject to approval of the recommended option, the advisers will also develop the output based specification and operational strategy and any required contracting strategy. The technical advisers will also act as lead advisers working closely with the financial and legal advisers to ensure a coordinated approach that delivers consistency and flow within the final updated Outline Business Case.
