About this contract
To produce a start to end pathway for children, young people and adults with a Learning Disability and or Autism. The Trust is looking to turn the flow charts into a series of interactive animations available online. We want colourful, engaging 30 second videos for patients, families and carers to understand where a person is in their journey.
