The projects let under the Framework Agreement may be of a Small new-build extension, building refurbishment, building alterations and mechanical and electrical repairs and replacement nature, including demolition of existing properties owned and/or used by the framework users, or a combination of all these aspects inclusive of any site related and external works associated with these projects.
