About this contract

Manchester City Council (MCC) is seeking to invite suitable Applicants to participate in this procurement process for the provision of Security Services. Successful bidders will be awarded a 3 year contract plus an optional 2 year extension period, to provide a range of security services on a multi site basis, covering all City requirements within Manchester with a total value in the region of £5 million per year. The Council is seeking to establish the best approach for the delivery of all business areas for this contract and welcomes applications from all security organisations including but not limited to Large, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Social Enterprises (SEs) and organisations wishing to bid as a consortia to develop the Council’s approach.
