Cultural and Leisure Projects Lot 5 Regeneration/Landscaping /Artisan Lot 6 Heritage Architects Lot 7 Architectural Design - Landscape Lot 8 Building Surveying Lot 9 Civil/Structural Engineering Lot 10 Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Lot 11 Project & Programme Management Lot 12 Quantity Surveying Lot 13 Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations Lot 14 Asbestos Consultancy Services Lot 15 Fire Engineering Consultancy Services Lot 16 Legionella Consultancy Services Lot 17 Acoustic Consultancy Services Lot 18 Multi Discipline Services Lot 19 Sustainability & Environment Lot 20 Planning / Masterplanning Services Lot 21 Valuation & Market Analysis Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as THE CHEST (www.the-chest.org.uk). Tenderers will need to register their details at the following link https://www.the-chest.org.uk. Tenderers will need to electronically submit the completed tender submissions and accompanying documentation via the on-line portal by 7pm on 18th April 2016. Any clarification queries must also be submitted via THE CHEST. It is anticipated that up to 8 service providers may be appointed to each Lot. The duration of the framework agreement is two years with an option to extend by up to an additional two years, entirely at the choice and discretion of MCC. Under the framework agreement service providers will be required to support the Councils' and other participants economic and social regeneration objectives and actively participate in the economic and social regeneration of the locality of, and surroundings of, the place of delivery of the framework agreement (further details are provided in the ITT package).
