About this contract

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders to be included on the Flexible Purchasing System for Event Supplies and Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The required Events Supplies and Services Framework Agreement has been divided into the following 11 Lots: Lot 1: Event security and stewarding Lot 2: First aid Lot 3: Large Temporary Structures/Marquees Lot 4: Small Temporary Structures/Marquees Lot 5: Staging and risers Lot 6: Sound and PA Lot 7: Lighting and projections Lot 8: Barriers, fencing and trackway Lot 9: Generators and distribution Lot 10: Toilets, sanitary and plumbing Lot 11: Event Crew
