About this contract

The projects let under the Framework Agreement may be of a new-build nature, including: demolition, development, refurbishment or re-modelling of existing properties owned and / or used by the framework users, modular or a combination of all these aspects inclusive of any site related and external works associated with these projects. Additional information: This opportunity is consists of 6 Lots , each based on a value band and geographic area . Interested parties may submit a Request to Participate by the method stipulated in the tendering documents for one or more or all Lots . Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately .
