About this contract
Looking for Talent Management experts who can run 1 or 2 half day Masterclasses on the following topics: 1. TM Framework– essential ingredients and how they fit together 2. Demystifying TM, Talent definitions (e.g Potential and performance, drive, motivation), TM metrics and measurement, Talent Levers (Engage/Retain/Motivate, Identify, Attract, Develop capability (technical, commercial, organisational, behaviour), Move, Borrow) 3. Direction setting, business case and strategy development 4. Aligning to organisational goals, workforce planning and securing senior buy in 5. Talent conversations 6. Tools and processes e.g. 9 Box grid 7. Calibration training 8. Succession planning 9. Appraisal, performance managements and talent management Some of these topics may be combined to achieve best value therefore guidance on the most effective way of doing this will be sought. The Masterclasses will be half day masterclasses for Talent Management stakeholders who form a London NHS community of practice (mostly from NHS Trusts and CCG’s). The audience are L&OD/HR practitioners who have responsibility for leadership within their organisations. The intention is to record these sessions with a view to uploading them as a resource on the London Leadership Academy website. Therefore guidance is required on the best way to do this. Case studies of talent practices outside the NHS will also be sought. Contractors will have experience of talent practices to make the masterclasses practical with real life experiences. Expression of interest and outline proposal with costs to be submitted. Email communication for clarification is welcome.
