About this contract

The University is seeking large scale student accommodation renting service framework for its Colchester Campus for the new Academic year for up to 3 operators selected by tender ranking on an annual renewal basis up to 4 years. This is an accelerated Open Tender procedure as we need to get the tender evaluated, awarded and contract signed ready for the new student term for September arrivals. Additionally we have selected a framework for up to 3 providers to be in a position to appoint most if not all suitable local service providers to the framework for the duration, calling off on a ranking selection process.
