Delivery Notes Description: The works include but are not limited to: Removal and disposal of existing bathroom pods from student rooms, including taking down existing studwork partition cladding. Modification of existing services to student rooms as necessary to suit installation of new bathroom pods. Supply, fully assembly and installation of new bathroom pods in student rooms, and connection to existing services. Construction of studwork partitions cladding around bathroom pods in student rooms. Replacement of ceiling mounted light fitting, and associated making good to ceiling finish to student rooms. Fitting of new window catches in student rooms. Renewal of door stops in student rooms. Provision of coat hooks in student rooms. Removal of curtain track and associated timber fixing batten, and supply and installation of window blinds in student rooms. Supply and laying of new floor coverings in student rooms. Complete internal redecoration of student rooms. Replacement of ceiling mounted light fittings, and associated making good to ceiling finish to kitchens. Renewal of base unit and cupboard unit, door front, drawer fronts and plinths in kitchens. Supply and laying of new floor coverings in kitchens. Installation of window blinds in kitchens Complete internal redecoration of kitchens. Replacement of ceiling mounted light fittings, and associated making good to ceiling finish to entrance corridors, halls, stairs and landings. Supply and laying of new floor coverings to entrance corridors, halls, stairs and landings. Complete internal redecoration of entrance corridors, halls, stairs and landings.
