About this contract

Bath & North East Somerset Council (BANES) wishes to appoint a single provider for the provision of cost consultancy services. The provider must have Chartered Quantity Surveyors (RICS) who have the appropriate skills and experience of assessing costs for architectural and landscape schemes within a heritage conservation context. The overall scope of this tender is to provide RIBA Stage 4, 5, and 6: Technical Design Development, Tender Package for contractors to bid for the construction of the scheme, Construction Period, Defects Liability to Handover.
