About this contract
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) seeks to appoint one supplier to provide technical assistance and recommendations to different actors in Mexico on the implementation of its National Anti Corruption System and its Digital Platform. Additional information: There are five specific outputs that the selected supplier is expected to deliver: I. Map out, in coordination with the Ministry for Public Administration (Secretaria de la Función Publica) and the Technical Secretariat of the National Anti-Corruption System (NACS) the required steps and evaluations needed to develop a NACP implementation roadmap. II. A follow up report on the implementation status of the recommendations to the Digital Platform & Beneficial Ownership mechanism emanating from Prosperity Fund projects in 2017, to secure that the Platform complies with international standards (i.e. the Financial Action Task Force) and the agreements of the Global Anti-Corruption Summit London 2016. III. The Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Treasury (SHCP) have developed a pilot on Beneficial Ownership. The supplier is expected to deliver a report that includes recommendations and next steps to include international best practices in it. IV. Develop a proposal on reporting data standards that the Digital Platform should use/consider. V. Develop the first stage of one of the Digital Platform's pillars agreed by the NACS.
