About this contract

To provide long term accommodation and planned transitions scheme of supported accommodation for Care Leavers and homeless young people in Bradford. To provide pre-tenancy work with the Care Leavers, including opportunity for taster flat experience, and identify and secure suitable accommodation within the Bradford District. The Provider will support Care Leavers to furnish their tenancy through a combination of a small furnishing grant and leaving care grant, and then provide either both housing management and support, or floating support only, for the properties sourced for Care Leavers admitted onto their scheme Additional information: Please visit www.yortender.co.uk for further deatils and to download tender documents.
