WC1680030 - CY-AYN-CIDP Tool: 124359 PPM Remedial - Replacement of Chiller- Works WC1831796 - CY-DHK-CIDP Tool: 124360 PPM Remedial - Replacement of Chiller- Works The work shall include the supply (including all delivery charges to the site), testing and commissioning of an Air Handling Unit and chiller unit for each of the orders below: WC1680030: Air cooled reversible chiller 150kW and Air Handling Unit with air flow rate 22000 m3/h WC1831796: Air cooled reversible chiller 300kW and Air Handling Unit with air flow rate 36000 m3/h Installation works will be undertaken by others. The successful tenderer is expected to have the units delivered on site (Ayios Nikolaos and Dhekelia - Cyprus) and then arrange for a manufacturer representative to test and commission the units on completion of the installation works. Training should also be provided to site operatives after commissioning, including the submission of hand-over files and maintenance manuals. The Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows: - Expression of interest: 28/4/26 - Expression of interest return: 8/5/26 - Invitation to Tender: 12/5/26 - Tender Return Date: 5/6/26 - Contract award: 7/9/26 - Commencement of work: 8/9/26 - Completion of work: 29/1/27 The currency of this project is Euro (€). The location of this project is Cyprus (British Forces, Dhekelia station). Additional information: 1. EOI (expression of interest) form. 2. PQQ (pre-qualification questionnaire) form. The form must be completed and returned by the interested tenderers Work commencement and completion dates will be subject to MOD DIO's agreement, as they will be dictated by the Operating Authority to avoid Operational Restrictions
