About this contract

Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) are seeking bids from suitably qualified and highly experienced flooring contractors. It is expected that the framework duration will be for 4 years. The framework will have an estimated total value of £750,000. PCH intend to appoint up to a maximum of three contractors to carry out flooring installation work to its housing stock within void and tenanted properties.
