About this contract

Antrim Block within the British High Commission (BHC), New Delhi, comprises of a 5 storey building with flat roof structure constructed circa 1957. The accommodation comprises of apartment blocks on the east and west side of the building with two integral staircases for access. The apartments comprise of external windows and balconies complete with louver shading. The external facades of the building (front and rear) comprise of a number of recesses that enable pigeons to roost/nest causing a health risk to the occupants due to pigeon droppings Additional information: Please refer the Project No 1872 and ITT No 2543
