About this contract

The contracting authority wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Milk Thirds and Fresh Milk supplies.The framework agreement is being established to meet the need for said services of organisationswith full consideration to Blackburn with Darwen Educational Establishments and other council premises.The framework will be managed on behalf of all agreement users by Foodservice Options who will act as the managing agent
