About this contract

This contract is for the supply of cooking oil to approx. 75-100 kitchens in schools, offices and EPH's across South Gloucestershire. It also includes the requirement for the collection & disposal of used cooking oil from these sites. Additional information: The following are mandatory documents for all suppliers to complete and return via the portal: Section A: Suitability assessment questionnaire Section B: Technical quality questionnaire Schedule 4: Pricing Schedule Appendix 1: Form of Tender Appendix 2: Declarations form (signed) Required attachments including: A3.1: Financial Documents B2: List of customers and contact details Waste carriers license registration Goods to be delivered to sites within South Gloucestershire - please see tender documentation for details.
