About this contract

Bernicia Group's Construction Servises Division (CSD), \"Bernicia\", acting as Principal Contractor, wishes to procure a Contractor Framework for the delivery of planned improvements, maintenance and possible environmental works to its housing stock. The information requested in this Invitation To Tender (ITT) will be used to select suitable Sub-Contractors to provide framework services for a 3 year period.
