About this contract

Stratford-on-Avon District Council in partnership with Stratford-upon Avon Town Council are looking for Expressions of Interest with a view to appointing a contractor to provide overall management and marketing of the Stratford-upon-Avon Markets in Rother Street on Fridays and Saturdays plus additional markets on Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon. Also included is a 3 day Christmas Festival which will be held within the town centre. Additional information: This procurement exercise is below the OJEU threshold, in accordance with the European public contracts directive (2014/24/EU). Closing date in Section 1 Summary Information above is the closing date for the receipt of Expressions of Interest. Lowest / Actual value (£) provided in Section 1. Summary information above is the current approximate value of the contract paid by the contractor to the supplier. Further information on the Expressions of Interest are available on request. Pre-qualification Questionnaires will be provided to all organisations who have expressed an interest. PQQs will be evaluated and a shortlist will be established and those organisations shortlisted will be Invited to Tender. ITTs will be evaluated and organisations will be interviewed as part of the evaluation process. Proposed contract award date is March 2017
