About this contract

Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional works contractor to undertake the extension and refurbishment works at Stoke Rivermead School. The works comprise demolition of an existing structure, construction of a single-storey 3 classroom extension, internal refurbishments across the existing building, and external works. Contract anticipated to run from January 2025 - 29th August 2025.
