About this contract

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) wishes to commission suitably qualified consultants to undertake an update to / review of an existing Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) and to produce a new Outline Water Cycle Study (WCS) for the borough in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Planning Practice Guidance (PPG), and Environment Agency (EA) guidance. This will form an integral part of the evidence base underpinning the emerging Sandwell Local Plan.
